Shipment/Receiving Instructions

Non Freight Shipments In order to ensure fast and safe delivery, we use FedEx, USPS, & UPS Ground/Air shipping services. Available shipping methods vary for different types of products/brands. If the merchandise you purchase is in stock, it is guaranteed to be shipped the next business day, after which its delivery can be tracked through the FedEx, USPS, & UPS websites. On average, orders shipped via FedEx Ground & UPS Ground arrive in 4-6 business days.

Total Delivery Time This is the amount of time for the manufacturer to process an order in addition to shipping time. We will continue to update you through “My Account” with order updates and delays, if any. Shipments to HI, AK, PR, APOs, & Canada might require extra shipping charges. International shipping quotes will be e-mailed to you before the credit card is charged. Feel free to request an international shipping quote before placing an order. Click here to Contact Us. Shipments to Canada are treated the same as all other international shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all the applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees imposed on the import shipments by the Canadian government.

Freight Shipments for Over-Sized Merchandise If the part is going to a residence, the freight company will call 1 to 2 days prior, to set an appointment. If the part is going to a business, they will not call first and only arrive during business hours. The staff at the shop will need to know these steps when they arrive.

Instructions for receiving a delivery:

  1. BEFORE signing, open the box and wrapping to inspect the entire package for any damages or flaws when it arrives.
  2. If there are any damages or flaws to the packaging or the product, take a picture at different angles and of any damages on the box. Instead of your signature, sign “DAMAGED” on delivery receipt, and please contact us immediately.
    If it’s something small that you or a shop can fix for little to no money, then you can choose to accept the part at your discretion. This applies to fiberglass and/or carbon fiber products. Signing your name BEFORE checking, or anytime other than when the part is inspected by you, WILL WAIVE your insurance and make it harder for us to file a claim on your behalf.
  3. Should everything be fine from shipping and you are satisfied with the product, enjoy!

Multiple Shipping Addresses We don’t mind a different shipping address from the billing address at all! We would just require some additional information to get your order completed and shipped in a timely manner. When requesting additional information from you, we always recommend providing the information needed as soon as possible to avoid delays in your order.
