Pre-orders: Cancellation and PayPal Fees
Unfortunately, due to PayPal charging fees for your payment and a backorder is completed then cancelled during the preorder wait time, we will be unable to reverse the PayPal fee that was charged. IF, and only if, the product short description states that the paypal fee will be held if preorder is cancelled before the wait time has come to an end, we will hold the fee as payment for allowing the preorder (which is paid to PayPal directly). We hate doing this but we end up losing a lot more than we should. Thank you for reading our descriptions before purchasing. We try to include as much information possible to allow you to make an easy decision to purchase. Thank you again for your time and understanding of this matter!
ORDER POLICY:
All orders are final. If you wish to add items after the
order has been placed, you must place an additional order. Orders cannot be
combined. Customers have 15 days to verify the contents of their packages.
After 15 days, Industries’ Finest LLC releases their liability on the contents
of those packages.
PRODUCT USAGE POLICY:
The products sold by Industries’ Finest, LLC are intended
for show and off-road use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to
follow all pertinent laws with regards to state regulations.
COUPON CODE AND PROMOTION POLICY:
Only one promotion can be used per order. If you have
entered multiple codes from various sources, we obtain the right to void one of
the coupon codes. We will cancel the lowest % code to provide you the maximum
discount available for your order.

Free Shipping Restrictions:
- VIP enthusiasts are not eligible for free
shipping since the pricing for our VIP enthusiasts is too low to cover shipping
costs on all products.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY:
To protect all purchases from fraudulent activity, we only
ship to billing address on the account used if paid using our “Credit/Debit
Card” payment option. We may request for a copy of your Government Issued
Identification and front of your card only. We will contact your bank/creditor
and verify that your shipping address is authorized. To avoid any delays,
please provide that information as soon as possible so we can get your order
out as fast as we can.
Utilizing our other payment options, i.e., PayPal, Wells
Fargo Deposit, Zelle/Direct Pay, or Venmo, will ship to any shipping address
stated on order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY:
Industries’ Finest, LLC requires a receiver signature on all
UPS™ and FedEx™ shipments valued at $400.00 USD or greater.
Industries’ Finest, LLC requires a receiver signature on all
Freight shipments.
Typical order handling and processing time is 24 hours for
orders placed Monday through Friday for in stock products. We do our best to
ship orders immediately but we reserve the right to take up to four (business)
days to ship in-stock products. Business days are Monday through Friday; orders
are not processed on weekends. Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed
the following business day, regardless of the shipping method. Additionally,
UPS delivers ALL orders Monday thru Friday, regardless of the shipping time. If
you need an order to be delivered on a Saturday (this applies to Next Day Air
orders only), there is a $20 Saturday delivery fee, and this can only be
arranged for by contacting us by calling in, Live Chat, and support chat via My
Account.
Products made by Seibon Carbon, Anderson Composites, and
large body components are not kept in stock and are shipped from manufacturer
directly. The products from these companies, IF NOT IN STOCK, will require a
wait time of 8-13 weeks plus freight shipping time of 5-7 business days. Shipments
from these companies with product in stock takes 4-5 business days to process
order and provide tracking. We track stock through our website with the
companies stated above so you know if there will be a backordered wait time.
International shipping prices do not include import duties
or taxes. We are unable to estimate what these importation costs may be. It is
the customer’s responsibility to research local duties and fees before placing
an order. Canadian orders shipped via UPS™ (Worldwide Expedited™) include
duties, but other fees and taxes still apply.
Any free shipping offers indicated on IndustriesFinest.com
include no-charge shipping to customers in the lower 48 states. Standard
shipping rates will apply to all other customers. Industries’ Finest, LLC
reserves the right to take an additional 48 hours to process orders shipped via
‘free shipping’.
Items with the stock level of 0 are only shipped from the
supplier within the Continental US (lower 48 states). Any product with the
stock level of 0 that is shipping outside of the lower 48 will first arrive at
the one of our 3 warehouse facilities before shipping to its final destination.
If an order is shipping outside of the Continental US and contains both
“In Stock” items and “Ships from Supplier” items, the full
contents of the order will be collected at one of our warehouse facilities
first and will be shipped together regardless of the shipping speed that was
paid for.
UPS does not deliver packages to PO boxes. Items shipped via
UPS to a PO Box will be returned to the sender, and shipping charges cannot be
refunded.
We do carry manufacturers that do not ship from their
facilities directly. In cases like these, we will:
- Update your order immediately on the turnaround
time for item/s to be shipped
- Provide a tracking number when your order is ready
for shipping.
PRICE POLICY:
We do our best to maintain accurate pricing at all times but
Industries’ Finest LLC cannot be held responsible for incorrectly listed prices.
Prices may fluctuate without notice due to increased material costs or exchange
rate changes provided per manufacturer. We reserve the right to cancel any
orders based on incorrect listed pricing on IndustriesFinest.com
RETURNS POLICY:
Apart from special order items, you may return any new,
unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus the
restocking fee and shipping costs. Special order items may not be returned
under any circumstances. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is
a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Under no circumstance will Industries’ Finest LLC reimburse shipping or freight
charges that have been agreed to by the customer and/or billed to the customer,
with the understanding that the shipment(s) originating from Industries’ Finest,
LLC will be shipped to the customer or another location on the customer’s
behalf.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that
all shipments are sent to the desired destination. Failure to verify the
accuracy of ones shipping address is not grounds for a refund.
In the event of a refused shipment, shipping costs will not
be refunded. In the event that an international shipment is refused, the
customer is responsible for all incurred costs. Costs may include, but are not
limited to brokerage fees, importation duties and freight costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks
of return shipment. This time period includes the transit time for us to
receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process
your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes
your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Industries’ Finest, LLC reserves the right to charge a
restocking fee of 7% on all orders that are refunded or canceled. Items that
are not stocked at our facilities may have different restocking fees. In some
cases these may total up to 35%, depending on manufacturer.
Return shipping costs on Rejected Requests (i.e. fully
operational, undamaged items), will be billed to the customer.

If your product is damaged, please contact us
immediately after receiving. Have images ready and we will file a claim with
the shipper and get the issue resolved and replaced for you. We will also
provide a paid return label for the product/s. Please keep the original
packaging and repackage as received.

Following these instructions will ensure that you are not liable
for damaged goods.
Please have box cutter and packaging tape available to help speed up inspecting process.
Inspect box. If damaged, take pictures.
Inspect product. If damaged, take pictures AND SIGN “DAMAGED, REFUSED SHIPMENT.” Then refuse shipment
Even if the delivery driver states they cannot take refused
items, the manufacturer has an agreement with the Freight shipper to allow inspection
prior to delivery.
If there is a small scratch that can be buffed out, that would
not be considered damaged.
Cracks, chips, bends, holes, would all be considered damaged.
